Head of Creative

What you are going to do:

  • Own the creative pipeline for paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.): ideation → brief → production → test → learn → scale.

  • Lead and coach regional creative producers.

  • Establish a Copy & Concept function (hooks, scripts, messaging QA).

  • Partner with the Design Lead and design pool to deliver assets on time and to spec.

  • Build video capacity (internal or freelance) and increase “winner” throughput.

  • Create and enforce a quality framework (scorecard, reviews).

  • Run cross-regional sharing (playbooks, best-of library) and standardize briefs & RACIs with business owners.

  • Expand to new channels (TikTok/CPA) via small pilots, templates, and fast iteration.

What we expect from you

  • 5–7+ years in performance creative or creative operations within B2C, edtech, or mobile products.

  • Proven experience building or scaling creative processes.

  • Strong understanding of ad testing & metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS) and sharp copy instincts.

  • Solid project leadership skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

  • Excellent English communication skills.
