About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Manager to own product growth, define the roadmap, and unlock new levels of user value in a mobile-first professional networking marketplace built around meaningful collaboration (not vanity connections). You’ll work closely with the CEO, engineers, marketing, and support to identify core needs, craft solutions, and drive measurable impact.
This role is ideal for someone who:
Has proven experience building or significantly growing a product in a fast-paced environment
Solves problems creatively and pragmatically in ambiguous situations
Has strong intuition for human behavior and decision-making
Uses frameworks as tools — not as a single “religion”
What You’ll Be Doing
Define and own the 3–6 month roadmap, balancing strategy, experiments, and delivery
Drive growth via focused opportunities and measurable experiments (activation, engagement, retention, conversion, match quality)
Lead cross-functional execution with engineering, marketing, and support teams
Run deep Customer Development to understand user behavior across 140+ countries
Build foundations for scaling the product function as the company grows
What We’re Looking For
3+ years in product management (ideally B2C/B2B SaaS, marketplaces, productivity tools)
Clear track record of moving product metrics, not just shipping features
Strong critical thinking, product taste, and ability to challenge assumptions
Fluent English
0→1 experience is a strong plus (startup / internal venture / first PM / founder-like initiatives)
