We’re looking for a Lead Frontend Developer to take ownership of frontend development. You’ll be responsible for defining architectural decisions, setting the technical direction for the frontend, and eventually leading the technical team.
Your Responsibilities
Frontend Architecture
Break down the project into well-defined modules.
Keep the tech stack up-to-date and introduce modern solutions.
Delivery Ownership
Plan sprints: prioritize and estimate tasks, distribute workload across the team.
Decompose tasks: translate high-level goals into actionable steps.
Ensure the team delivers planned features to production on time.
Maintain process quality: identify and resolve bottlenecks.
Evaluate team performance after each sprint and define areas for improvement.
Team Leadership
Manage the weekly work cycle: planning, progress tracking, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Support team growth and motivation through 1:1s, performance reviews, and code reviews.
UI Kit Development
Build and maintain a custom UI kit in collaboration with designers and the product team.
Product Development
Develop new features for both mobile and web applications.
Support and enhance existing components.
Marketing and Product Experiments
Work on onboarding flows, A/B tests, and marketing experiments.
Integrations and Experiments
Integrate external services and explore new tools.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in frontend development, including 2+ years in a Senior or Lead role.
Proven experience managing a team, estimating tasks, and assessing performance.
You’ve worked with:
Frontend: React, MobX, TypeScript, Next.js.
UI: Building and maintaining a custom design system / UI kit.
Integrations: OpenAI and other third-party APIs.
Infrastructure: AWS, CI/CD via GitLab Pipelines, backend interaction (Django, PostgreSQL).
Soft Skills
Strong autonomy and ability to structure your own work.
Responsibility and readiness to take initiative.
Ability to define and communicate a frontend technology strategy.
Curiosity and motivation to grow with the product.
Understanding that success is not just about writing code, but also about ensuring predictable, team-wide delivery.

How We Work
We operate in weekly sprints adapted to a startup workflow:
