Brand & Product Experimentation Manager

We’re looking for a Brand & Product Experimentation Manager — someone who will explore how different audiences react to our messaging, how users make decisions inside the product, and how thoughtful communication can meaningfully shift conversion and motivation at every step.

What you’ll do

• Experiment with acquisition messaging and audiences.
Test different angles, narratives, creatives and channels. Identify what resonates and what actually brings paying users, not just traffic.

• Shape communication inside the product.
Understand the user’s state — their motivation, mental energy, cognitive load — and design micro-communications that help them complete key actions. From UI copy to timing to contextual nudges.

• Turn insights into product hypotheses.
Translate audience research, behavioral observations and communication tests into structured hypotheses. Work closely with design and engineering teams to implement and evaluate them.

• Drive internal conversion growth.
Propose and validate initiatives that use interface communication, behavioral triggers and value framing to significantly increase activation, engagement and monetization.

• Support a scalable acquisition strategy.
Help the team learn how to convert newly attracted audiences from ads, PR, influencers and other sources into active, paying customers.

How success will be measured

  • Growth in paying users from new acquisition channels

  • Uplift across key internal conversion points (activation, engagement, subscription)

  • Velocity and quality of experiments shipped

  • Measurable impact of communication and interface changes

  • Ability to consistently uncover new acquisition pockets

  • Contribution to revenue growth through validated experiments

Who you are

  • Comfortable working at the intersection of brand, product and behavioral science

  • Curious about user psychology and how communication influences action

  • Strong in structured experimentation

  • Experience in product, growth, brand communication or UX writing is a plus

  • Able to turn insight into action and action into measurable outcomes
