As an AI Product Architect / Engineer you will be responsible for shaping and driving complex product initiatives from idea to production. Your focus will span product thinking, system design, and hands-on engineering execution, especially in the context of AI-powered and agent-based systems.
You will work closely with engineering, platform, and leadership teams to ensure that product vision is translated into scalable, reliable, and maintainable technical solutions.
What you will do:
Define and shape product direction for technically complex and AI-driven initiatives.
Translate product ideas and business goals into clear system architectures and technical designs.
Design scalable architectures for AI-enabled products and internal platforms.
Work hands-on with engineers to build, prototype, and deliver core components and critical paths.
Evaluate technical trade-offs and make architecture decisions aligned with long-term product goals.
Act as a bridge between product, architecture, and engineering execution.
Continuously explore and apply practical AI use cases that deliver real value to customers.
Who you are:
Strong product mindset with the ability to think in terms of user value and outcomes.
Solid experience in system or solution architecture for complex software products.
Hands-on engineering background, comfortable working with production code.
Practical experience with AI technologies, platforms, or AI-powered systems.
Ability to operate across strategy, design, and execution without losing depth.
Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and shaping problems and solutions.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote, async setup.
Fluent English.
Bonus points:
Experience building data, analytics, or AI infrastructure products.
Background in startups or scale-ups with hybrid or undefined roles.
Experience acting as a technical lead or owner for cross-functional initiatives.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, distributed systems, or modern backend architectures.
