It's an online PDF editor with thousands of users. We're building a fast, modern product and you'll work closely with marketing and product teams on visuals across various marketing channels. Specifically:
🎯 Design high-performing ad creatives Create clean, sharp static and motion ads for paid channels like Google Ads, AppLovin, Meta, etc. Help us move fast, test ideas, and hit performance goals without sacrificing craft.
🖼️ Create assets for landing pages and content Hero visuals, illustrations, how-to graphics, product snapshots, OG images — bring clarity and personality to our marketing surfaces.
🎨 Own the creative production process Take a headline or message and turn it into a compelling visual. Collaborate with writers, iterate quickly, and deliver assets that are ready to plug in and ship.
🤝 Stay aligned with the product design team Be our bridge between brand and product — keeping visuals consistent, on-brand, and high quality across everything we publish.

What kind of designer we need
This is a wishlist for the perfect person who doesn't exist. If most of these sound like you and the rest strongly resonate, don't hesitate to reach out!
🧠 Proven SaaS & Digital Product Background You’ve worked in SaaS products and understand: (1) how web users think, (2) how to communicate value clearly, (3) how product-led growth works, (4) how marketing and product connect.
🎯 Have Marketing–product mindset You understand digital funnels, landing pages, and performance marketing dynamics. You think beyond visuals and ask: (1) What problem are we solving? (2) What action do we want from the user? (3) How does this design influence conversion?
Bonus: Agency experience in digital, data-driven solutions or online product branding.
🖌️ Have Illustration Expertise Excellent illustration skills are required. You independently create original visuals that strengthen the brand and communicate clearly — from hero visuals and icons to how-to illustrations, product snapshots, and social assets.
🎨 Strong in Figma & systems You treat Figma as a system, not a canvas — building reusable libraries, structured components, and scalable workflows. Your Figma skills are advanced and production-ready. Bonus: You can mark up a simple landing page. And work with After Effects, LottieFiles, Rive, etc.
✍️ Solid graphic & typography skills You have a strong sense of hierarchy, spacing, and font pairing. Bonus: Graduate of https://typedesignworkshop.org/
📐 Experienced with ad specs and platform constraints Familiar with Google Ads, AppLovin, Meta, etc., and knows how to work within file size, aspect ratio, and format requirements without breaking the design.
🎬 Static & Motion Ad Design Whether it's a sharp static visual or a lightweight MP4/GIF, can create high-performing ad creatives that balance clarity, brand, and conversion.
💭 Thinks through the message Can take a headline and turn it into a clear, on-brand visual — even if the brief is light.
